The Aloe Vera (aloe barbadensis) plant has more than ten different substances that contribute to its analgesic properties. Aloe Vera, when applied topically, it functions to minimize muscle and/or joint aches and pains.
*Shea Butter
Shea Butter is a natural fat extracted from the nuts of the Shea tree by crushing and boiling. It is typically used for its wonderful moisturizing and emollient properties. When Shea Butter is applied topically, these oils are rapidly absorbed into your skin without making it oily. Moreover, the plant esters of Shea Butter have been found to have anti-inflammatory properties.
