It is stress-free to use, just open the applicator, dispense the cream, close the applicator, and then use the massaging medical grade stainless steel spheres over the painful areas. Rubbing Dots® massaging spheres never come into contact with the pain cream inside the tube, which makes it outstanding from other creams sold in the market. Oh yes! Just like its name; Rubbing Dots®, rub it on and the pain is gone!

Rubbing Dots® works by providing temporary and soothing relief of minor aches and pains of the muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple backaches, sprains, bruises and strains. Furthermore, we ensured to add Arnica, Calendula and Boswellia which are widely known for their awesome anti-inflammatory properties.

Please, only store/place your Rubbing Dots® at room temperature. Rubbing Dots® is not microwave, freezer or refrigerator safe.

The most active ingredient in Rubbing Dots® is Menthol. In addition, Rubbing Dots® contains Arnica, Boswellia, Calendula, Aloe Vera, Shea Butter among others.

We have not yet tested Rubbing Dots® for potentially allergenic chemicals; therefore we cannot certify that Rubbing Dots® is hypoallergenic. If you believe you could be sensitive to any of the ingredients in Rubbing Dots®, before you use it on a large skin surface area, apply some on a small patch of the skin to make sure you're not allergic to any of the ingredients.
